At Living Well Physical Therapy, we offer the convenience of providing you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your coverage. Wondering what a superbill entails? It's essentially a detailed list of the services you've received from Living Well PT, including the associated costs, enabling your insurance to reimburse you accordingly. Keep in mind that the reimbursement amount is contingent on your insurance policy. After making your payment to Living Well PT, you will receive the superbill either physically or via email. Once in your possession, simply forward the superbill to your insurance provider to initiate the reimbursement process in alignment with your specific coverage.
