LWPT Run Club
Join our Doctors of Physical Therapy, Stan’s Footwear and Goodmiles Running Company, and a whole bunch of REAL COOL PEOPLE!
A brief warm-up, led by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy (who are also running specialists), followed by your choice of at least 2 routes, about 30 ish minutes each.
Finish the run at LWPT for a cool down, post run refreshments, and use of our recovery tools!
All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Every Tuesday evening, 6:15pm, from April through August!

Healthy Shoulder Seminar
In this interactive workshop, Dr. Stephanie will teach you 5 Self-Assessments to test your shoulder health. Plus, you will learn self-care stretches and exercises to help prevent shoulder injuries!
All guests will also receive a FREE copy of our Resilient Shoulders E-book
